Add the ability to have multiple Default snapping types

Feature description

In Settings>Options>Digitizing the default snapping type is selected with a comboBox and allows only one snapping type to be selected. This is unlike the Snapping Toolbar action that allows for the selection of multiple snapping types. It would be cool to have that option directly in the default snapping setting.
