Using && within a :cmd appears to be a problem? #150

In a pre-commit hook I've got:

{:cmd, "mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate && mix ecto.rollback --all"}

Results in

** (Mix) Could not invoke task "ecto.create": 1 error found!
--all : Unknown option

Almost as if it's trying to run mix ecto.create --all
