Because of large number of tests and free/OS license, 60 mins to run with no parallels allowed, need to create separate ci branches for each feature to overcome this.
See comments at end of badge creation

Note: https://blog.travis-ci.com/2018-10-11-windows-early-release. Maybe wait for this to become stable, and move all to travis
