Since we deploy the environment with Docker, the start script isn't used.

This script is necessary to configure jupyter-server-proxy to work on MyBinder as we need to get the JUPYTERHUB_SERVICE_PREFIX at launch.

export PYVISTA_TRAME_SERVER_PROXY_PREFIX="$JUPYTERHUB_SERVICE_PREFIX/proxy/"
