Dev install cannot find bitsandbytes>=0.43.0 #1682

Get this when installing torchtune on a new environment using pip install -e ".[dev]":

ERROR: No matching distribution found for bitsandbytes>=0.43.0; extra == "dev"

When I install bitsandbytes separately with pip install bitsandbytes, it only finds 0.42.0.

Did you try installing bitsandbytes in a fresh environment? They definitely have v0.44.0
