Adjust responsiveness of website

When reducing the browser:

• Registration button is not being shown (it is behind the conference logo)
• Image is keeping the same size (it would be interesting to reduce it also)
• Content in the right column (e.g. in home), must shift left, bellow the "title" (currently it stays where it is and is "covered" by a dark background)
