RFC: Add Financial Aid URL Field

Many Python conferences offer financial aid ranging from free or discounted tickets to direct monetary assistance for travel and lodging costs. I'd like to add links to those program details here to draw more attention to their availability, and I'm interested to hear others' opinions before going in to backfill all the data.

This is a good idea. I don't think we need to backfill all the data, just add the relevant fields going forward.

I also think this is a great idea. I don't think it is necessary to backfill past conferences, but perhaps worth doing for upcoming conferences (conferences that has been added but not yet occurred).
