There are 3 h1 tags on these pages.

While not a strict requirement, it’s conventional to have a single h1 tag in a webpage that describes what the whole page is about. This is a common structure that many assistive technology users may be expecting. An example could be “Welcome to Python Discord”. The other headings would become heading level 2.
