Don't use the network=host docker configuration

In this PR ( #207 ) we configure the docker-compose to use the local network in order to communicate with a camera linked to the computer through a switch. This breaks the isolation and can cause security issues.

Currently I don't understand why we need this configuration, my only hypothesis is the the docker-compose network configuration is booking an ip range for his own business and this could block the ip adress of the camera if the ip rang contains it.

Need further investigation.
