  • I am running on an up-to-date pypsa-africa environment. Update via conda env update -f envs/environment.yaml.

Describe the Bug

As noticed by @finozzifa , Steel and GAS datasets from the GEM database are no more easily accessible.
TUB has rehosted the data for powerplantmatching, but for steel and gas pipelines there is no rehosting yet.
Since they are CC4 by, we could temporarily rehost them here. What do you think?
Or we create a temporary repo and then delete it.
