Download handler fails: "No processable items found in folder:", Manual PP works just fine #11912

Lately, download handler is failing to process files after they are successfully downloaded by NZBget

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Manual Search any show, selct any release
  2. release is added to NZBget, downloaded, marked successful and moved to history
  3. After Download handler interval, Medusa history shows an entry for "Snatched" with client status: "Failed, Postprocessed"
  4. A new History entry shows the release failed. Log has a debug entry: No processable items found in folder:"
  5. Run Manual PP in same folder
  6. Release correctly marked as "Downloaded" in History

Expected behavior
Download handler scans the release folder and marks it as "Downloaded"

Go to /config/search/

enable "Use Failed Downloads"
