mark most failing units tests as skipped (#4685)

* skip all units in dimension coordinate tests

* remove xfail from prod tests except with float dtypes

* skip some more index tests

* don't xfail the linear_ramp pad test

* more index tests

* don't xfail the equality DataArray tests

* skip the rank test
