Some users in the org can not see the leaderboards

We have some contractors that are members of our organisation on Github and guest users on Slack. They can see the Slack app and receive notifications but they can not see the UI of pullreminders. They report this is what they see:

They are on a different team in the organisation, but I can see their names on the leaderboards and the list of users of the organisation at https://pullreminders.com/installs/****/slack_users

What can be done about this?
