As a user, I would like to automate adding and removing team members on the Excluded Team Member list

We've recently implemented Pull Panda to help us with our PR assignment which is working great so far. One issue we foresee getting in our way is that as team members go out of office their assignments and reviews will go down which means they'll be more likely to be assigned PR automatically but won't be around to review.

I know there is the Excluded team members list which can be manually maintained but this is tedious and error prone as humans easily forget things 😄.

Our organization has built a custom Slack bot that helps manage our Out Of Office calendar where users can just send a message to our bot to schedule their time off. It would be great if we could have our bot also post to a Pull Panda endpoint to automatically add and remove user's from the Excluded team members list so we would not have to manually manage this list.

Does such an endpoint exist? If so could you describe how we could interact with it programmatically?

If no endpoint exists would it be able to have one created?
