User story

As a librarian, I want to be able to see marc records for SCSB records
As a researcher, I want to be able to see citations for SCSB records (made much easier if the Marc record is available in Orangelight)

Acceptance criteria

The solr index for a SCSB record includes a single field that includes the full marcxml
The solr index for an Alma record incudes a single field that includes the full marcxml (do we want this?)
If this change touches any of the files referenced in .rubocop_todo.yml create a new ticket to address the rubocop todo.
