This is not a very respectful way, if any criticism at all, to criticise that Israels dataset is part of this collection. Please focus on the topic/goal of this repo.

Although the repo name & headings might be confusing, in index.html it says:

Note that, even though this document references EU regulations several times, countries which aren't EU members are also in scope!

It also has to be noted that Israel as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine and Georgia even if they are not EU member states in some cases officially follow EU regulation implementing their railway service including some parts of the in this case relevant TAP-TSI and MMTIS referenced standards.

I'd like to add that the entry for Israel already specifies

[…] Also note that Israel is included in this list despite being located in Asia, because there isn't any similar document for Asian countries just yet.
