Windows 10
Version 1909

got VS 2019

Could someone help me fixing the following error?

"The system cannot find the path specified. Unable to initialize 32-bit visual studio build environment"

It doesn't matter which file I run, either InitialSetup_Win32 or InitialSetup_X64, the result is the same.
