Rework navigation bar

Issue

As we add more pages on the frontend, we are getting out of space on navigation bar, and we need to reorganize it into submenus to be able put more links in the navbar.

Possible solution

The idea is to have a responsive header menu, so the smaller your screen is - the less items you see in the menu.

Adding the dropdown where we can input as many menu items as we will need for our platform.

Plus the header — responsive, not fixed. This way we can fit the menu.

Same with the footer, responsive.
