What can we do with data that is multiple replicates, i.e. blood draws spaced through time or across different body sites?
One could throw all the sequences together into one file and run partis, or run partis separately on all of them. Is there a middle way, like taking the top clusters for each data set separately and using them as seeds for all of the data sets?
