Summary

The README to this repo needs to be updated to better reflects its utility

Problem Definition

Wallet-utils is a Provenance Blockchain publicly available repo that supports dApp development efforts. The README should reflect its importance by better characterizing and explaining how to use this repo for blockchain development.

Proposal

Update the README to be more useful and user friendly

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
