Allow pre selected items in checkboxlist_dialog

It would be nice if there was a default parameter for the checkboxlist_dialog, that initially checks items of the checkbox list.

I would merge this, if anyone is willing to contribute this. It should be reasonable easy.

CheckboxList has a current_values attribute, which we can assign from within the checkboxlist_dialog.
