format of metric value

snmpwalk the oid ,the metric value is string
the snmp_exporter walk the same oid ,the result is a value start with 'ox'

snmpwalk: iso.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.5.1.3.12.0 = STRING: "PowerEdge R750"
snmp_exporter: systemModelName="0x506F776572456467652052373530"

how can i change it to a normal string?
