This release has a bug converting from the v0.4 storage format. Do not use this version if converting from an old persistence file. It will crash the Pushgateway. You can simply rollback to v0.4.0 if you run into the issue. v0.5.1 will have the fix and actually perform the (destructive) conversion as explained in the release notes below.
