DotFeatherにあった Graphic Elementを廃止したことにより、Shape Elementを独立したElementとするようにした

しかし、現時点でトランスフォームの原点が親コンテナとなっておりあまり使いやすくない（事実上、Containerに入れるのが必須になっている）

DotFeatherからの移植難易度を下げることも目的とし、Graphic Elementを復活させる

内部実装はCustomElementの継承でよい

描画内容をフレームバッファにキャッシュしたらもっと使いやすいはず…
