Problem Description

deploy clusterhealthcheck referencing an HealthCheck
verify clusterhealthcheck reports any matching cluster in its status and that HealthCheck is deployed in matching managed clusters
delete cluster => clusterHealthCheck still reports the deleted cluster as matching
