I have created a little tool which is maybe worth to be mentioned here: https://github.com/Eiskasten/wc-beacon It allows you to distribute generation IV wondercards to real games only using a PC and a Nintendo DS without a cheatmodule or flashcart.

Thanks! I changed from PCD to WC4. Does your app support WC4?

Unfortunately not, but it seemed not necessary to me since this repository explains how to convert from WC4 to PCD.
