Unable to create test deck for CVU+ project

I believe this issue is the same as "Getting internal error while creating a product test deck #1528". I do not see a response to #1528. Is there a workaround for this issue? Please help.

I'm getting the same error as was shown for issue #1528 but for measure CMS69v10. Cypress is V7.0.2.

Found a workaround for this issue. I do not get the "undefined method 'collect' for nil:NilClass" error if I create the CVU+ project with a 2nd measure. In my case I created the CVU+ project with measures CMS69v10 and CMS50v10. To validate the cat III file, I had to add an for the CMS50v10 measure.
