Add Capsule to Rancher marketplace

As a Rancher’ user, you should be able to install Capsule from the Rancher marketplace.

This is pretty similar to clastix/kamaji#170, although we need to make sure to install the required addon.

@maxgio92 since we worked on this, do you think we could add the addon as a chart dependency?
We need to engage with SUSE Rancher peeps to understand if we need to provide two charts or a single one since, to take full advantage of Capsule with the Rancher ecosystem, the addon is a required component.

Hi @prometherion , I think it makes sense to keep the charts separate as it's not mandatory to use Capsule integrating Tenants with Rancher Projects.

At the same time it would be good to document the integration referencing the addon.
