We should be logging parameters of the ROACH ADC and psyllid trigger:

  • FFT shift
  • gain
  • calibration constants (4 cores x (offset+gain+phase))
  • psyllid trigger parameters (dict of 5 values set in ROACH DAQ config file)

These should be accessible for query, and configured as spimes so that they auto-log and have log_on_set

In parallel, we should also add to the metadata for ROACH data whether psyllid is recording in triggered or streaming mode.

logging for channel b is added as of hardware v1.13.4; should clean the dragonfly method so we can reliably log regardless of the psyllid state
