Don't block POST requests

When a POST request is blocked by LeechBlock, the information in the POST request is irreversibly lost. With the "Delaying page" option, the information is not resent when the timeout expires. The user has to navigate back (using the history, as the "Back" button doesn't work), and fill out and submit the form again. This may include e.g. lengthy forum messages, which would need to be typed out again.
