We need to fill in the content of the functions in probnumeval.timeseries._sample_analysis, which are intended to contain a way of analysing calibration of probabilistic algorithms on a sample level, which is the same for Gaussian and non-Gaussian algorithms.

I am thinking of intersample_rmse, normaltest, etc.. Ideas are welcome :)
