Hostapd 2.9 support

First thank you for this awesome work. I was going to start from diff'ing the 0.8 source but then found your repo.

I was going to try to port from 2.6 to 2.9 but noticed https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hostapd-rtl871xdrv/ is carrying patches to port to 2.9. Any chance you plan to roll up to 2.9 ?
