Describe the bug

Add the ability to display templates groupfooter and groupheader when property rowGroupMode exist

Reproducer

PrimeVue DataTable Component

PrimeVue version

4.0.0-rc.2

Vue version

3.x

Language

TypeScript

Build / Runtime

Vue CLI App

Browser(s)

No response

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Set property rowGroupMode to rowspan
Templates "groupfooter" and "groupheader" will** not be displayed

Expected behavior

I want to be able to display groupfooter and groupheader
