How to set the parameter "krb5-disable-remote-service-hostname-canonicalization" for Kerberos authentication ?

Don't think we have support for that, check out https://github.com/prestodb/presto-go-client/blob/master/presto/presto.go#L165

You'd have to add the extra flag and test, then submit a PR.
