I have 2 queries while running the FDR analysis
a) I am getting the correlation between two traits as NaN. does this indicate large sample overlap or any issue with the data? attached the log file.
b) I am trying to change the color in Manhattan plot and tried to tweek the below cmd, but I still get the default red color.
cfg.declare(CFG_MANCOLORLIST_MAT, ...
