Correlation between z scores is NaN

Hello,

thank you for sharing these resources.

I have 2 queries while running the FDR analysis
a) I am getting the correlation between two traits as NaN. does this indicate large sample overlap or any issue with the data? attached the log file.
b) I am trying to change the color in Manhattan plot and tried to tweek the below cmd, but I still get the default red color.
cfg.declare(CFG_MANCOLORLIST_MAT, ...
'[ 1 0.5 0 ; 0 0.75 0.75; 0 0.5 0; 0.75 0 0.75; 0 0 1; 0 1 0;1 0 0; 0 1 1]');
