Hi all,

I have further question about qq plot. I wish to plot Conditional qq plots in R by myself, but didn't find the file contains all SNPs p value and with p values with different threshold. What should I do to plot qq?

There is two file, mat.qq and mat.qq.inv. They are both 3001*4 matrix. What does it means?
