Question about removing MHC region

Hello, I followed your pipline, edited the config.txt file (exclude_chr_pos=[6 25119106 33854733;8 7242715 12483982]) to exclude the MHC region and ran the conjunctive FDR. But in the XX_zscore_conjfdr_0.05_loci.csv, some loci in the MHC region were still presented. I don't know why this happened.
