Is there any instruction and information for how to run the bivariate model for gsa-mixer using fit2 and test2 functions and inputting two GWAS (trait1.sumstats.gz and trait2.sumstats.gz)? Can you provide some? Thanks!

@rapunzel-a-c gsa-mixer is a single-trait analysis tool. Cross-trait MiXeR analysis is described in a separate repo: https://github.com/comorment/mixer, based on the codes from https://github.com/precimed/mixer repo. I do have plans to "merge" these two software projects, but for now they live independently, and I don't support building cross-trait model based on GSA_MiXeR output.
