It looks like the debug/ mock creative has completely changed in V9.31.0 and doesnt change with the sizes set, they all go to the same image: https://vcdn.adnxs.com/p/creative-image/27/c0/52/67/27c05267-5a6d-4874-834e-18e218493c32.png where as they used to go to the "yellow" mock image that showed the bidder and size in the image:
