Can someone please describe the latest PDUPSCALER folder format for upscaling. RE4 #1181

I have tried everything but the PDPerfPlugin.dll is not recognized

I have tried dl-ss/PDPerfPlugin.dll in main directory with the pdupscaling branch
I have tried dl-ss/PDPerfPlugin.dll in plugins folder with the pdupscaling branch
and even tried a folder named UpscalerBasePlugin, but to no avail

I swear I had this issue before and it had something to do with a change of where I had to put the DLL's for them to be located/detected

Use the 1.1.2 version of the PDPerfPlugin, it's locked to this version don't know why
