We recently implemented XRayReflection as a new standard process in Geant4, using the data provided here.
Looking through the data it appears that the photon energies are always increasing with one exception in si.nff where the photon energy of 1839. eV is followed by 1838.90 eV in a region where f1, f2 vary strongly with energy.
