Trim the test data file size

Problem description
The NY taxi data file from pravega-flink-connector-sql-samples is very big and it impacts the clone time. The file content needs to be trimmed to keep fewer entries .

Suggestions for an improvement
Instead of keeping a file, we could provide instruction to download and copy the file under a specific directory which can be passed as a parameter to the sample for loading the data in to Pravega.
