https://github.com/practicalli/random-clojure-function currently uses the deprecated depstar tool to build an uberjar.

Replace depstar tool with the standard Practicalli build.clj approach

Consider using this project as an exaxmple of generating a native executable with GraalVM (create a new ticket to define this work)
