Next PQCP TSC meeting - Thu 23 May / 1400 UTC

At the first meeting ( https://github.com/pq-code-package/tsc/pull/53/files ) we agreed to hold the next TSC in 2 weeks, which is this coming Thursday.

Apologies for the invite meeting not being sent out. I hope the timeslot is still ok with those who wish to attend - we had a superb discussion last time.

Specifically one of the topics for discussion to get started is what 'assured' means, though I'm sure it will take a few iterations!

I'll arrange for the invite to be sent out & details posted here, but if multiple can't make it now we can look at moving.

We'll also get a regular series setup after the next meeting!
