I'm sorry but I don't really understand what you are trying to do here. The typical way of "using hard links" is like this:
If certain conditions are met (NTFS and your lazer and stable stay on the same drive) the import will automatically use hard links, with a message like "Data migration will use hard links. No extra disk space will be used...". For you last two images, the occupied space on C: is 929-260=669G as reported by Windows, and the other software says "718.8G" as some number related to C: which I assume is the total size of all files. So it's likely that "the other software" does not recognize certain space-saving filesystem features, which may include hard links. So I would not believe too much in its numbers. |

If you delete all beatmaps from settings, it won't delete scores or collections. So you could try a re-import. Pay attention on the first run wizard – it will tell you if it can use hard links.
Also backup your
client.realm
before doing this, just in case.
