Allow the user to configure simulating poor receive conditions to be applied to the generated sound, such as:

  • QRM (some other Morse tone at nearby frequencies)
  • QRN (static and crashes)
  • QSB (fading)
  • QLF (defective sending with poor dit/dash ratios or spacing)

In G4FON Koch Method Morse Trainer, the noise and signal strength can be selected in S units. That is a neat way of allowing the user to configure them. The QSB option has several suboptions which are helpful too -- Fast vs Slow and Shallow versus Deep.
