Formula creation guide / bootstrap

I just checked the existing (not referenced) https://powerapi.org/reference/formulas/formula_creation/ and was wondering if we want/should have a track about it as it seems an interesting way to create interaction with potential users.
It could also be a missing part to onboard some users that would be willing to contribute.

Guillaume told me that the "contribution" part was not really clarified yet and maybe it should be discussed in depth too 🤗
