Extra 1SatOrdinal Output for All Posts & URLs (Backwards Compatible)

Without breaking the existing experience of posting markdown, images, URLs, etc we can simply add a secondary output containing the same information but in a 1satordinal.

Achieving that output should be trivial given satchmo's straightforward ordinals-js tools.

That way all our content can continue to be rendered from the existing BMAP structure but can be transitioned to rendering the ordinal instead in the future if desired.
