Description

希望在文字识别的功能模块下，增加一个选择本地图片的功能

Application Scenario

现在文字识别只能现场截图，不能识别本地已有的图片。可是当图片太长太大时，一张截图不够用，需要反复多次截图，不够方便。希望增加选择本地图片的功能
