Lack of Graceful Shutdown Implementation in Session Mode #772

In session mode, there is no implementation for a graceful shutdown, which means there is always a risk of request loss.

Additionally, because connections are always marked as active in session mode, it is not possible to manually disconnect them using custom scripts.

This poses a significant challenge for us in adopting pgcat.
Is there a workaround?
